Is AnyHomeSold legit for real estate agents — what does it actually cost?
Here is the whole model, plainly: claiming and publishing your profile is free with no card required, and your licence is verified against your state’s public licence file. Homeowners post homes free; up to ten agents compete per home with sealed proposals. Seeing open homes is free. Sending proposals requires a flat monthly subscription — $99 or $299 depending on coverage breadth — and there is no referral fee at closing, ever. Seat entry is ranked by verified performance and can never be bought; we publish that commitment because we intend to be held to it.

What the platform never does: sell homeowner contact information (agents never receive the homeowner’s name, phone, or email — contact is homeowner-initiated), charge a percentage of commission, or let any payment influence ranking or placement. Plans price access breadth only: how many counties you cover and how many proposals you can send.
What to check before paying anything, all free: claim your profile, read the open-homes feed for your state, read the published ranking methodology, and run the referral-fee calculator against your own volume. The arithmetic — a flat subscription against 25–40% of every commission — is the entire pitch, and it either works for your business or it does not. No contract, cancel anytime.
