Selling a home starts with a phone that will not stop ringing. We built the opposite: you post your home once, privately, and licensed agents compete for it with written, sealed proposals. Nobody gets your name or number until you decide to talk.
Who runs it
AnyHomeSold is run from San Diego, California by Kristian Peter, a licensed California real estate broker (CA DRE #01308663). That matters in two directions. It means the people writing this site have sold homes and read listing agreements for a living. It also means the broker can hold a seat on a listing here — and is ranked like every other agent, by verified performance, with no preference of any kind. Platform affiliation is disclosed to the homeowner whenever that happens.
How we make money
Homeowners pay nothing, ever. Licensed agents pay a flat monthly subscription for the right to compete in their chosen ZIP codes — $99 a month for up to 10 ZIP codes, $299 for everywhere they are licensed. We take no referral fee and no share of any commission. A plan buys access, never rank: seat entry is ordered by verified performance, and we publish how so we can be held to it.
The two promises
Agents can never contact you. Your name, email and phone are never shown to an agent and never sent in an email to one — the system refuses to render them. You reach out first, on the channel you choose, or you never do.
Ten seats, earned, never bought. Each home takes at most 10 sealed proposals. No plan, upgrade or add-on moves an agent ahead of a stronger record. This is written into the site’s structured data, not just its copy.
What we hold, and what we do with it
1,652,769 licence records across 8 states, from the states’ own public files, refreshed daily. 1,263,261 county parcel records, which are what let us show a homeowner their own home before asking them anything. Your listing is yours: edit it, pause it or delete it from your own page, no email required. The full text is on the privacy page.
Where we are
San Diego, California, first. The first markets are San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles; the licence registry and the home-value data already cover eight states, and every page that shows a number for a city shows the sample it was computed from.
