Straight answers
The questions sellers ask.
Answered directly.
How much does it cost a homeowner to get competing agent proposals?
Nothing — AnyHomeSold is free for homeowners. You post your home once, and up to ten performance-ranked local agents can submit sealed proposals. You never pay AnyHomeSold at any point, including at closing. Licensed agents fund the platform through flat subscriptions that cannot influence their rank.
How much money can a home seller save when agents compete?
Listing commission is negotiable, so savings depend on the proposals you receive. As an illustration, reducing a 2.7% listing fee to 1.6% on a $450,000 home would keep about $4,950 with the seller. Compare net proceeds, marketing, staging, comparable sales, and projected price—not the fee alone.
Can real estate agents contact the homeowner directly?
No. The homeowner’s name, phone, and email are never shared with agents, and no contact path from agents to the homeowner exists on the platform. The homeowner reviews proposals privately and chooses which agents to invite to a video, in-home, or phone interview.
How are competing agents ranked and selected?
Entry into a listing’s ten seats is ranked by verified performance — recent sales volume, days on market, list-to-sale ratio, and homeowner reviews — never by payment. No subscription, upgrade, or add-on can buy a better rank or a seat ahead of a stronger-performing agent.
