Is there a referral fee?

Do you sell my seat to a higher bidder?

Never. Each home takes up to 10 sealed proposals and seat entry is ranked by verified performance — recent closings, days on market, list-to-sale ratio, homeowner reviews. No plan, upgrade or add-on moves anyone ahead of a stronger record. The method is published so we can be held to it.

What if nobody posts in my ZIP codes?

Then nothing happens, and you can cancel any time. Homes are posted by homeowners on purpose to hear from agents, and with a plan we email you the moment one appears in your coverage. You can also claim free and wait: the homes taking proposals in your state are visible at no cost, and sending a proposal is what takes a plan.
