How much do Zillow leads cost for real estate agents?
Zillow publishes no rate card. Under Premier Agent, agents buy a share of voice in a ZIP code, with monthly costs that scale with home prices and competition in that ZIP; under Zillow Flex there is no upfront cost but a success fee that is widely reported between 15% and 40% of the commission, paid at closing. Either way the price of a closed listing is measured in thousands of dollars, not hundreds.

The two models fail differently. Premier Agent charges whether or not you close — the spend is a fixed cost against an uncertain conversion, and in expensive ZIP codes the monthly bill alone can exceed a flat-fee platform’s annual cost. Flex only charges on success, but the success fee comes out of exactly the commission you worked for, and the reported percentages sit at the top of the referral-fee range.
Whichever model, the mathematics is the same: on a $440,600 median sale at a 2.88% listing side (about $12,689 gross commission), a 35–40% success fee is $4,400–$5,100 of your money per closing. Our referral-fee calculator lets you run your own numbers for your own market and volume.
AnyHomeSold takes the other side of that trade: a flat subscription, $0 at closing, and seats that are earned by verified performance rather than bought. Claiming your profile is free and does not require a card.
