Using AnyHomeSold
You must be at least 18 and authorized to provide information about the property you submit. You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and not interfere with its security, availability, or other users.
What the service provides
AnyHomeSold is a reverse marketplace where up to ten licensed real estate agents may submit sealed proposals for a homeowner’s listing. Participation does not guarantee that ten agents will respond, that an agent will be available, or that a proposed price, fee, timeline, or result will be achieved.
AnyHomeSold is not your real estate broker, attorney, tax adviser, lender, inspector, or appraiser. Information on the site is general information, not legal or financial advice. Any representation agreement is between you and the agent you choose.
Privacy and contact
Your property address and home details are shared with eligible agents so they can prepare proposals. Your name, email address, and phone number are not shared with agents. Contact is homeowner-initiated only. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Agent selection and ranking
Seat entry is ranked by verified performance, never by payment. Paid agent plans may differ by geographic access and proposal volume, but do not purchase placement or ranking.
Address suggestions and validation
Address search and validation are provided using Google Maps Platform. Use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Google validation reduces mistakes but does not guarantee that you selected the correct property, that every unit or new construction address exists in Google’s data, or that an address is legally sufficient for a transaction. You remain responsible for confirming the property and optional unit shown before continuing.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, reject abusive or unverifiable submissions, and update these terms. Third-party services may also become unavailable or change independently.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for evaluating agents, proposals, contracts, property facts, and professional advice before making a decision. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
