How do I add my Southern California home?
Enter the property address, check the home details, and add your name and email. Photos, documents, and your phone number are optional. You can enter the details yourself if public records cannot find your home.
Is posting my home an MLS listing or a listing agreement?
No. Posting starts a private comparison of agent proposals. It does not put your home on the MLS, hire a broker, or commit you to selling. You decide whether to interview an agent and separately agree to representation.
Who can see my information?
Eligible agents can see the property address and the details you share so they can prepare a proposal. They do not receive your name, email, or phone. You choose whom to contact.
How many proposals will I receive?
Each home can receive up to 10 sealed proposals, but participation and timing depend on available agents in your area. Posting is free; a particular number of proposals or a sale is not guaranteed.
