For home sellers

How fast do competing proposals arrive after posting a home?

Proposal timing depends on the home, market, and available local agents. AnyHomeSold is designed to collect proposals as qualified agents respond, up to a maximum of ten. You can review proposals as they arrive, wait for more, invite selected agents to interview, or close the listing without choosing anyone.

Agents in your ZIP codes are emailed the moment a home is posted, and the competition is first come, first considered up to ten seats. In practice that means the question is not how fast the platform is but how many agents cover your area — a number you can see on your dashboard before anyone has written a word.

There is no deadline you have to wait out and no round you have to close. Read proposals as they land, reply to none of them until you are ready, and interview only the two or three worth an hour. Nothing expires while you think.

We do not publish a “typical time to first proposal,” because no such figure exists yet that we could stand behind. When one does, it will be measured from real listings and dated — not estimated.
