Do I have to pick one of the competing agents?
No. You can crown a winner, request a fresh round of proposals, or walk away entirely — free either way. Because agents never receive your contact information, saying no means silence, not follow-up calls. The proposals wait in your dashboard; the agents can’t chase you.

Choosing nobody is a normal outcome and costs nothing. Your proposals stay in your dashboard for as long as the home is posted; you can withdraw the home, pause it, or delete it and everything attached to it in one step.
If you do choose, you pick exactly one agent and confirm it in writing. That agent is told they were chosen and that you will reach out; the others see only that you went another way. Switching agents after that is a conversation with us, not a button — because it is a conversation with the agent too.
There is no penalty for interviewing and declining. Agents who send proposals understand that ten are competing and at most one wins; the platform is built on that arithmetic, and it is the same for every home.
